Abstract EN

The study aims to know the availability of dimensions of social intelligence among the administrative leaders at the University of Mosul, as well as the extent of the ability to use these dimensions in the face of counterproductive work behavior that individuals working in the organization may resort to.

The dimensions of social intelligence and facing counterproductive work behavior.

The study employed the descriptive analytical method in presenting theoretical ideas, data processing, analysis and interpretation.

The field of study at the University of Mosul, represented by nine of its affiliated colleges, was selected.

A questionnaire was used to collect primary data from the respondents, who numbered (404) persons, and by adopting a number of statistical methods, the data was analyzed and processed statistically, and in light of this, many results were reached, the most important of which were: Achieving the moral effect of social intelligence in the face of counterproductive behavior, and this indicates the importance of social intelligence and the role it can play in confronting behaviors that significantly harm organizations or individuals.
