The research is concerned with clarifying the most prominent jurisprudential rules that are relied upon in many rulings in the sections of prosecution and guardianship, and presenting them in a way that can serve judges, muftis and others in this section, so they control their rulings and fatwas according to them.

The research included rules: Prosecution is divided in swearing, not swearing.

In each state, someone who fulfills its interests is presented.
