Abstract EN

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and the best of prayers and blessings be upon our prophet Muhammad.

Since saving money is one of the purposes of the Sharia, and one of the five necessities, we find that Sharia has paid great attention to preserving it by enacting administrations and controls, which the jurists dealt with in their research, and their sayings have varied.

Therefore, in this research I dealt with the jurisprudential issues that Imam Al-Bayhaqi suggested in his book Al-Khilafiyat, and related to the book Al-Ghasb, a comparative jurisprudential study.

It began with a brief translation of Imam Al-Bayhaqi, then shed light on the jurisprudential issues by presenting the sayings of the jurists therein, with mentioning and discussing their evidence, and then explaining the most correct opinion.
