In this study, we attempt to define political pluralism, and its general framework, legal rulingsand controls, and its use in achieving coexistence and social security, and the study concluded thatpolitical expression is a guaranteed right, and the basic principle in Islamic political work is the enceof partisan pluralism, because it is the source of disagreement and conflict, and the cause ofthe harm and corruption, and the license is an exception to this rule, It can only be used to achievea real public interest.
