This research seeks to study the linguistic criticism directed at some Quranic reading that are not subject, in any way, to the rules of Arabic.

these critics are the owners of the meaning and expressions of the Quran, such as al-Kissai and al-Fara, and among them were write in the Quranic reading, such as Abu Ali al-Nahawi, ibn Mujahid, ibn Khalawayh, and ibn Jinni was the most famous of these critics.

what distinguished his method from the responses that he does not see as correct and straight, and then (al-Muhtasib) was the most important source of research.

although most of his criticism of the reading focused on the opinion of ibn Mujahid.

linguistic criticism of the Quranic reading according to ibn jinni did not have a single reference, but rather had multiple reference, including the levels of the language with a sound, such as slurs, hams, tides, convergence of residents, and so on.
