The research reviewed some theoretical concepts of the green economy, as well as a statement of the German experience in the transition to a green economy, focusing on the active role played by the state by working on greening the basic sectors related to ecosystems.

Like the energy sector and the achievements made in the field of renewable energy by adopting a new approach, the German government aims to change the country's energy supply by withdrawing from nuclear energy and relying on renewable energies as well as its role in the construction sector through a green building strategy.
