The Iraqi society, after 2003, suffered from sectarian fanaticism, sectarian strife, and the consequent crisis of confidence between the foundations of the state and the ruling parties, loss of lives and destruction of infrastructure as a result of terrorist acts.

The Iraqi society has to be the best able to overcome the trials and tribulations that beset Iraq.

The Iraqi society is characterized by ethnic, religious and cultural diversity which requires from the members of the society to spread a culture of moderation, tolerance and peaceful coexistence because it is one of the priorities of building and advancing society.
