The procedural attribute plays an important and effective role in the field of criminal procedures, as it is characterized by its liable to disappear being not olutely fixed but rather subject to change, and as a result it is subject to extinction, as the principle is that moving the criminal case and continuing its procedures until the end assumes a priori the availability of a certain characteristic from the first procedure in it until its termination, However, we find that the status of some parties to the criminal case may undergo some changes that inevitably affect the nature of the procedures to be taken, and the multiplicity of cases of the procedural characteristic, whether they are duplicated, terminated, or transformed, have other procedural effects consistent with the nature of the change that occurred in them.
