The legislator has set a specific date for filing an annulment lawsuit by individuals when there is a dispute between him and the administration, and this date is a means of judicial control over the work of the administration, and it is also an important guarantee for individuals in the face of the authority of the administration, which keeps them away from the abuse and excesses of the administration.

The validity of this date begins from the date of publishing the administrative or local decision, announcing it (notifying it), or knowing about it with certainty, neither presumptive nor hypothetical, and it ends with the end of the last day of it.

The validity of the date for filing the lawsuit may stop when two reasons exist, namely the occurrence of force majeure or the text of the law, as well as the time being interrupted when submitting an administrative grievance, requesting judicial aid, or filing a lawsuit to a non-competent court.

The expiry of the deadline for appeal results in the immunization of the administrative decision, even if the decision was defective or illegal.
