As the number of motorcycles has recently increased in most of the governorates of Iraq, especially the capital, Baghdad, as it is a practical means of transportation that relieves them of the trouble of public transport in front of traffic congestion, in addition to its cheaper price compared to cars and less expensive in fuel consumption, But this method has become a danger to pedestrians and cars with the recklessness of young people who drive motorcycles very quickly without observing traffic laws and traffic signals, especially since most of them are under the legal age to drive a motorcycle
