The importance of researching medical experiments stems from their importance as a means of developing medicine and the problems they raise that are difficult to predict in the absence of legislation in Iraq regulating the conduct of medical experiments The legal system for medical experiments on humans which necessitated research on how to balance between overcoming their imperative and protecting the human right to the integrity of the body.
