The reason for this is due to industrial progress and technological development in the invention of many noise-making machines and industrial facilities, which man seeks day after day, and whose effects have appeared in many recreational areas, where the individual has become living in the midst of a huge amount of annoying or unwanted sounds.

It surrounds him wherever he is in a way that causes him boredom and illness.

The reason for this problem is the ineffectiveness of the rules and legal texts that regulate protection from noise pollution in society.
