The research deals with an important issue that has aroused the interest of orientalists, namely the issue of Muslim women and their rightsand their status under Islam, the pens of some Orientalists whose writings were characterized by scientific and objective in women's equityand that Islam preserved their dignity and rights stolen from them inthe period before Islam, but they openly admit that the status of Muslim women is much better than that of Christian women who have beenexhausted by their positive laws that did not take care of the status ofwomen physically and psychologically On the other hand, another groupof Orientalists whose writings were characterized by distorting Islam andarousing suspicion in its issues, including the issue of women, appeared, making Muslim women humiliated and restricted and not entitled towork, mixing, and other things they raised to distort the image of Islamthrough women.
