Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة لتطبيقات الجيل الثاني للويب و معوقات استخدامها، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة أداة للدراسة مكونة من (54) فقرة، و تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها، و قد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة العينة الطبقية التناسبية، حيث تكونت من (250) عضو هيئة تدريس، و أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة لتطبيقات الجيل الثاني للويب بشكل عام متوسطة، و أن أكثر التطبيقات استخداماً (الواتساب، اليوتيوب، الفيس بوك)، حيث كانت درجة استخدامها مرتفعة، و أما مجالات استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتطبيقات الجيل الثاني للويب في العملية التعليمية فقد كانت متوسطة، و أما معوقات استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتطبيقات الجيل الثاني للويب في العملية التعليمية المعوقات الفنية و الإدارية و المعوقات ذات الصلة بعضو هيئة التدريس، و المعوقات ذات الصلة بالطالب فقد كانت ذات درجة متوسطة، و أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة لتطبيقات الجيل الثاني للويب تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي، و الكلية، و الرتبة الأكاديمية، و من أهم توصيات الدراسة تشجيع أعضاء هيئة التدريس و الطلبة على استخدام تطبيقات الجيل الثاني للويب في التعليم و تذليل المعوقات التي تحد من استخدامها.

English Abstract

The current study aimed at identifying the degree of use of the teaching staff at Mu'tah University for second-generation web applications and obstacles to their use.

The study was relied on the descriptive analytical approach.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used as a tool for the study consisting of (54) paragraphs, and the validity and reliability of the study tool was verified.

The study sample was chosen in a proportional stratified sample method, as it consisted of (250) faculty members.

The findings of the study indicated that the degree of use of teaching staff in Mu'tah University for applications of the second generation of the web in general was "medium", and that the most used applications were (WhatsApp, YouTube, and Facebook) and their usage degree was "high", and the areas of teaching staff use of second-generation web applications in the educational process were "medium".

As for the constraints for the teaching staff usage of the applications of the second generation of the web in the educational process, all constraints (technical, administrative, teaching staff related, students related) were "medium".

The results of the study indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of use of the teaching staff at Mu'tah University for the second-generation web applications attributed to gender, college, or academic rank.

The most important recommendations of the study are to encourage faculty members and students to use the second-generation web applications in education and overcome the obstacles that limit their use.
