Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الاطروحة إلى دراسة و تحديد مدى استخدام الإدارة حسب الأهداف، مما يؤثر على أداء الموظفين في شركة البوتاس العربية.

لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، تم تطوير استبيان و تطبيقه بدقة على عينة من (188) مشاركا تم اختيارهم من مجتمع الدراسة.

و من اهم ما تم التوصل اليه بعد تحليل الاستبانة ما يلي : - ان مستوى استخدام طريقة الادارة بالأهداف في نظر العاملين كان مرتفعا.

- ان مستوى اداء العاملين في شركة البوتاس العربية في نظر العاملين مرتفعا.

- اشارت النتائج الى وجود اثر دلالة احصائية لاستخدام طريقة الادارة بالأهداف بأبعادها على اداء العاملين حيث تظهر النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية إحصائيا بین استخدام طريقة الإدارة بالأهداف و أداء العاملين في شركة البوتاس العربية على الدرجة و الأبعاد الكلية حسب قيم معاملات الارتباط المبينة في الفصل - أشارت النتائج الى ان بعد المعرفة الكاملة كان الأكثر تأثيراً على اداء العاملين في شركة البوتاس العربية.

في ضوء هذه الدراسة، خلصت الباحثة الى مجموعة من التوصيات منها اعادة النظر في طريقة تطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف بأبعادها (المشاركة الالتزام، المعرفة الكاملة، الثقة )في شركة البوتاس العربية و تحفيز العاملين لإعطاء آرائهم.

English Abstract

This thesis aimed to examine and identify the effect of using management by objectives method on employees' performance in the Arab Potash Company.

To achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire was developed and administered to a sample of (188) participants selected from the population of the study.

The study revealed a group of results among which : - The level of using the management by objectives method from the employees' perspective was high .

- The performance level of workers in the Arab Potash Company from the employees' perspective was high.

- There was effect for the use of the management by objectives method on the performance of workers.

And the results indicated a statistically positive relationship between the use of the management by objectives method and the performance of employees in the Arab Potash Company on the total score and dimensions based on the values of the correlation coefficients shown in Chapter 4.

- Results indicated that the dimension full knowledge had the most influence on employees' performance in the Arab Potash Company.

In light of the results revealed, the researcher suggested a group of recommendations among which to reconsider the way by which management by objectives and its dimensions (participation, commitment, full knowledge, confidence) are applied in the Arab Potash Company and motivating workers to give their opinions.
