Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم العوامل المؤدية إلى تعنيف الزوجة لزوجها في المجتمع الأردني، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على أهم الوسائل التي تحد من تعنيف الزوجة لزوجها في المجتمع الأردني، و هدفت كذلك إلى التعرف إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إقدام الزوجة على تعنيف زوجها تُعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة : (العمر و المستوى التعليمي، و مكان الإقامة، و العمل و الدخل، و مدة لزواج، و علاقة الزوج بالزوجة، و موافقة الزوج على الزواج).

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام المسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب الحصر الشامل لعناصر المجتمع المكوّن من الأزواج المعلفين في مدن المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، و قد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (92) فردا، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من جمع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة.

تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات و الاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS 22) لتحليل البيانات.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن متوسط مجالات عنف الزوجة ضد الزوج في المجتمع الأردني كانت بين المرتفع و المتوسط.

حيث حصل مجال العوامل الاجتماعية على مستوى عنف مرتفع وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3,91)، يليه مجال العوامل الاقتصادية) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3,81) بمستوى عنف مرتفع.

يليه مجال العوامل الثقافية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3,73) و بمستوى عنف مرتفع، و يليه مجال (العوامل الفسيولوجية) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3,72) و بمستوى عنف مرتفع.

و يليه مجال (العوامل الجنسية) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3,62) و بمستوى عنف متوسط و أخيرا مجال (العوامل النفسية) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3,60) و بمستوى عنف متوسط.

كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق على المستوى الكلي لمتغيرات الدراسة و العمر و المستوى التعليمي و مستوى الدخل، و مدة الزواج، و متغير صلة القرابة بين الزوجين.

كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق في متغير مكان الإقامة الصالح (المخيم).

و مكان العمل لصالح العمل الحكومي و خلصت الدراسة إلى الكثير من التوصيات، و منها.

توفير الندوات و اللقاءات و المحاضرات التي تعرف متطلبات كل من الزوج و الزوجة في التعامل في تحمل متطلبات الأسرة لغاية المحافظة على استقرار الأسرة.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the most important factors leading to the wife's indifference to her husband in Jordanian society, as well as to identify the forms of violence that the wife practices against her husband in Jordanian society and to Identify the most important means that limit the wife’s abuse of her husbandin Jordanian society, it also aimed to identify if there were statistically significant differences in the wife's abuseof her husband due to the variables in the study (age, educational level, place of residence, work, income,duration of marriage, the husband's relationship with the wife, and the husband's consent to marriage) In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the social survey method was relied upon by a comprehensive survey methodfor the elements of the society consisting of abused husbands in the cities of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the study community may be from (92), and the sample of the study consisted of the collection of members of the study community.

The questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection and reliance on spss 22 for data analysis The results of the study showed that the most important factors in the areas of wife's violence against the husband in Jordanian society were between the high and the middle.

Where The field (Social factors) received a high level of violence with an Arithmetic averageof (3.91), followed by the field (economic factors) with an Arithmetic average of (3.81) with a high level of violence.

It is followed by the field (cultural factors) with an Arithmeticaverage of 3.73 and a high level of violence, followed by the field (physiological factors) with an Arithmeticaverage of (3.72) and a high level of violence.

This is followed by the area (sexual factors) with anArithmeticaverage of 3.62, an average level of violence and finally the field (psychological factors) with an Arithmetic average of 3.60 and an average level of violence.

The results of the study also showed that there were no differences at the overall level of the study variables age, educational level, income level, duration of marriage, and relationship variable between the couple.

The results of the study also showed that there were differences in the place residence variable in favor of (the camp).

The workplace is in favour of government work.

The study concluded many recommendations, including.

Providing seminars, meetings and lectures that define the requirements of both husband and wife in dealing with the family requirements in order to maintain the stability of the family
