English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of moral intelligence among the public schools’ principals in the state of Kuwait and its relation to the behavior of procrastination.

The study sample consisted of ( 340 ) teachers who were selected by simple random method.

The descriptive correlational method used.

The results showed that the moral intelligence of the directors of public schools in Kuwait was highly available from the point of view of teachers, and that the practice of state school principals of procrastination from the teacher’s point of view in Kuwait was at a medium degree, A statistical indication of the availability of degrees of moral intelligence to the public school’s directors and all its fields and the practice levels of procrastination behavior and all areas.

In the light of the results the reasercher recommended a set of recommendations, notably : the need to maintain this degree and strengthen, through continuity and maintain the situation.

The school principal to enable him to activate the leadership skills associated with the moral intelligence of the actor's inspiration and the ideal impact, and motivate teachers to do so.
