English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of emotional regulation and its relationship to thinking behind metacognition among students of the Faculty of Education at Kuwait University, the descriptive and relational approach was used, by developing a measure of each of the emotional regulation consisting of ( 34 ) item, and the scale of thinking beyond Knowledge, which consisted of ( 42 ) items, and the study sample consisted of ( 279 ) male and female students, and the study reached that the level of emotional regulation among students of the College of Education at Kuwait University came to a large level, and that the level of thinking beyond the knowledge of students,It came with a large level and an Art relationship Positive trends between the level of emotional regulation and the level of thinking beyond knowledge among students, and the absence of statistically significant differences for the level of emotional regulation among students due to the gender variable, and the presence of statistically significant differences for the level of emotional regulation among college students are attributed to the variable of specialization and in favor of the literary specialization, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample individuals for the level of metacognition among students of the College of Education at the University of Kuwait attributed to the gender variable and in favor of females, the absence of significant differences Statistical in the study sample estimates of the level of meta-thinking among students attributed to the variable of specialization, and the study came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is conducting studies to measure emotional regulation and metacognition thinking on different samples.
