The research, tagged with (the dual educational system and the policy of racial segregation in the American territories 1865-1963) came to reveal the details of the nature of Education and upbringing in the United States of America and the policy of racial segregation in it, and the most important decisions issued by the courts in dealing with that racist policy, and the time limit for the study.

It begins in 1865 with the end of the American Civil War between the northern and southern states during the era of President Abraham Lincoln, and in 1963 the year that witnessed the largest demonstration by Negroes to demand their educational rights, which swept most of the states in American lands.
