In this study, the researcher sought to root the term (advocacy interest), to clarify its concept and its terminological limits, and its relationship to the legitimate interests stipulated in the books of the principles of jurisprudence, and to extrapolate a number of models in the Prophet's biography that included an application of the concept of advocacy interest, and to detail the controls for working with them in contemporary advocacy applications, especially In the weighting of its implementation in the justifiable jurisprudential dispute, and its importance was demonstrated in being a contemporary statement of a well-known term circulating between preachers and reformers that the early scholars did not address in their compositions in the origins of jurisprudence and its rules, and it includes an extrapolation of some models in the Prophet's biography that included applications of the concept of advocacy interest with the deduction of a comprehensive limit for it In addition to enriching the Islamic library with a scientific study that explains the term in great need of its application in the expanding and widespread fields of jurisprudence, the study problem was summarized in its main question: What is the concept of advocacy interest, and what is its terminological term? Advocacy? What are the rules for working with the advocacy interest, and what are the models of contemporary advocacy applications to work with? and to achieve the goal of this study, the researcher proceeded according to the inductive and deductive approach, and his plan consisted of an introduction, five sections, and a conclusion.

And the research plan and its components, and the first topic included mentioning positions from the biography that included an application of the concept of advocacy interest, while the second topic came to demonstrate the importance of jurisprudence with the legal provisions of the preacher and the invitees, while the third topic was in the definition of the advocacy interest, and its relationship to other legitimate interests, and in the fourth topic, controls were explained Working with the advocacy interest to give weight to the jurisprudential dispute, and in the fifth topic four contemporary advocacy applications were mentioned to implement the advocacy interest.
