Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية تأثير الحراكات و الاحتجاجات الشعبية على النظامين السياسيين العراقي و اللبناني، و قد تناولت الدراسة أثر المتغيرات التي شكلتها البيئة الداخلية المتمثلة بالقوى الداخلية المتنافسة، و التي أدت إلى قيام الحراكات و الاحتجاجات ضد النظامين السياسيين : العراقي و اللبناني.

أبرزت هذه الدراسة ما يعانيه هذان النظامان السياسيان من أزمة تداول السلطة في ظل وجود ديمقراطية شكلية قائمة على أسس المحاصصة و التقسيم و الطائفية، الأمر الذي أدى إلى بروز ظاهرة الفساد و الفقر و البطالة، و تراجع الخدمات العامة للشعبين العراقي و اللبناني.

اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و منهج المقارنة للوقوف على أثر الحراكات و الاحتجاجات الشعبية على النظامين السياسيين : العراقي و اللبناني.

و من خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي يمكن تحليل الأسباب و العوامل التي أدت إلى قيام الاحتجاجات في كلا البلدين، و تحليلها و معرفة تداعياتها و أثرها على العراق ولبنان، و من خلال منهج المقارنة في الدراسة تمت المقارنة بين التظاهرات و الاحتجاجات في كل من لبنان و العراق من حيث مدى التشابه و الاختلاف .

و قد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج و التوصيات، و قد أثبتت الدراسة أن الانقسام الطائفي و السياسي هو السبب الرئيس في تشكيل الحراكات و الاحتجاجات الشعبية على النظامين السياسيين العراقي و اللبناني، و أوصت الدراسة بأن على النظام السياسي في كل من العراق و لبنان الالتزام بالقيم الديمقراطية و المشاركة السياسية، و تعزيز مبدأ تداول السلطة

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the importance of the influence of popular movements and protests on the Iraqi and Lebanese political systems.

The study examined the impact of the changes that the internal environment represented by the competing internal forces that led to the protests and movements against the Iraqi and Lebanese political regimes.

The study also highlighted the suffering of the two political systems from the crisis of the rotation of power in light of the existence of a formal democracy based on the principles of quotas, division and sectarianism, which led to the emergence of the phenomenon of corruption, poverty and unemployment, and the decline in public services for the Iraqi and Lebanese people.

The study relied on employing the descriptive analytical approach and the comparative approach to determine the impact of popular movements and protests on the Iraqi and Lebanese political systems.

Through the descriptive analytical approach, the causes and factors that led to the protests in both countries can be analyzed and their implications and impact on Iraq and Lebanon examined, as well as through the comparison method in the study.

Comparisons were made between demonstrations and protests in Lebanon and Iraq and the extent of similarities and differences.

The study reached a set of results and recommendations.

The study demonstrated that sectarian and political division is the main reason for forming popular movements and protests against the Iraqi and Lebanese political systems.

The study recommended that the political system in both Iraq and Lebanon must adhere to democratic values and political participation and promote the principle of the transfer of power
