One of the legal principles established by Islamic Sharia in the jurisprudence of transactions is charitable work in all its aspects.

The Islamic legislation came to achieve solidarity and cooperation and consolidate the interests of people and the country.

I dealt with it in three main topics; The first topic is the concept of charitable work, and I was known in it by the term charitable work in language and terminology.

During its legal provisions for that charitable work.

After those investigations, I concluded the research with a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important results it reached, the most important of which is that charitable work has many manifestations and forms, the most prominent of which are: sponsoring the orphan, feeding the needy, honoring parents, helping the needy, sheltering the wayfarer, giving to relatives, and other things that Not enough room to limit it.

In addition, charitable work has various means, through which people push people to interdependence with each other and spread goodness, so that the ethics of interdependence, affection, and compassion prevail, including zakat, alms, and others.

Then I mentioned some recommendations that I hope will be of interest to everyone who has the slightest interest in charitable work for the sake of social reform.
