Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التعاطف مع الجناة على جرائم السطو المسلح من وجهة نظر العاملين في مديرية الأمن العام، و معرفة أثر العوامل الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية على التعاطف مع جرائم المسطو المسلح، و تكونت أداة الدراسة من عينة مكونة من (120) من الأفراد العاملين في مديرية الأمن العام، و لتحليل البيانات تم استخدام التكرارات و المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية و اختبار تحليل الاختبار المتعدد، و من أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة النتائج التالية : 1.

وجود أثر للتعاطف مع الجناة في جرائم السطو المسلح.

2.

وجود أثر للعوامل الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية.

3.

عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 (a< للعوامل الاجتماعية على تعاطف الناس مع جرائم السطو تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية (النوع الاجتماعي، العمر، الدخل مكان السكن الحالة الاجتماعية المستوى التعليمي).

و عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a<0.05) للعوامل الاقتصادية على تعاطف الناس مع جرائم المسطو تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية النوع الاجتماعي، العمر الدخل، مكان السكن، الحالة الاجتماعية، المستوى التعليمي) باستثناء متغير العمر و بناة على نتائج الدراسة تم صياغة عدد من التوصيات كان من أبرزها : 1- التركيز على مشكلة الفقر بحلها، و ذلك من خلال تحسين الوضع الاقتصادي للناس و تقليل معدلات البطالة.

2- توعية الناس بجريمة السطو و الجرائم ،عموماً، من حيث أثرها الكبير على المجتمع و الناس، و أنها تقع أثرها على جميع أفراد المجتمع.

3- إعادة صياغة معاني السلوك الأخلاقي و مفاهيم الخير والشر.

4- التركيز على دور الإعلاميين في تسليط الضوء على هذه المشكلة و إيجاد الحلول لها.

5- تغليظ العقوبة على مرتكبي هذه الجرائم نظراً لاستمرارها.

6- تعميم نتائج الدراسة على ذوي العلاقة و الصلة، لوضع السياسات و الاستراتيجيات التي تتلاءم مع واقع المشكلة.

7- زيادة الأبحاث المرتبطة بموضوع الدراسة، نظراً لندرة الأبحاث والدراسات التي بحثت هذا الموضوع.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of sympathy with perpetrators on armed robbery from the viewpoint of employees of the Public Security Directorate, and to identify the impact of socio-economic factors on sympathy for armed robbery.

To achieve the aims of study, a sample of (120) individuals working in the Public Security Directorate was used.

For data analysis, iterations, averages, standard deviations and multiple-test analysis were used.

The results of study showed the following: 1.

There was an effect for sympathy for perpetrators on armed robbery; 2.

There is an effect for socio-economic factors of sympathy for perpetrators on armed robbery; 3.

There was no statistically significant effect at the level of significance of (α≥6065) for social factors on people's sympathy for burglary crimes due to demographic variables (gender, age, income, place of residence, marital status, educational level).

And There was no statistically significant effect at the level of significance of (α≥6065) for economic factors on people's sympathy for burglary crimes due to demographic variables of (gender, age, income, place of residence, marital status, educational level) except for the age variable.

Based on results of study, a number of recommendations were presented, most notably: 1.

The necessity to focus on the problem of poverty by solving it through improving the economic situation of people and reducing unemployment rates.

2.

The necessity of educating people about the crime of burglary in particular and crimes in general, in terms of its great impact on society and people, and that it impacts on all members of society.

3.

The meanings of moral behavior and concepts of good and evil should be reformulated.

4.

The need to focus on the role of media professionals in shedding light on this problem and finding solutions to it.

5.

The punishment for the perpetrators of these crimes should be increased due to its persistence.

6.

The results of the study should be circulated to the concerned and relevant parties to develop policies and strategies that are appropriate to the reality of the problem.

7.

More research related to the subject of study should be conducted, given the paucity of research and studies that have examined this topic.
