Animal production constitutes an essential and important part in the agricultural sector, as it is no less important than plant production, and poultry forms an important part of animal production.

Then a comprehensive field study was conducted for (75) officially licensed poultry breeding fields, all of which are invested within the private sector, and were divided into five units.

Administrative within the Balad district of Salah al-Din governorate for the year 2020, and there were (112) projects producing broiler chickens, the largest percentage of them in Yathrib district (19) projects, while there is no working project for mothers of hatching eggs.

Geographical factors have an important role in the establishment and establishment of these projects, including the flatness of the surface of the study area, its lack of slope, and the type of good soil in the cultivation of feed crops on which poultry depends in its diet, as well as the availability of main, secondary and dirt transportation methods in the study area, which contributed to the process of transporting and marketing the products of the projects.

While some climate elements such as temperature, humidity, evaporation and solar radiation had a negative role in poultry breeding and production, which called the owners of those fields to adopt the system of closed and semi-closed halls in general with interest in taking means and measures to provide appropriate environmental conditions for their growth and breeding such as temperature, ventilation and cooling.
