Abstract EN

This research is concerned with: studying the two hadiths of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) and Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) regarding the funeral prayer in the mosque as permissible or prevented, and to clarify the position of scholars on the two hadiths, and their thoughts about that.

The weakness of the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) indicating prohibition became clear through the study, even assuming that it is acceptable; It is opposed to something that is stronger than it, or abrogated, or interpreted; And so, the majority of scholars went.

The Hanafis disagreed with them, and they rejected the hadith of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) indicating permissibility, and they claimed that it was abrogated, or interpreted, and the research answered that.

The general position of scholars between the two hadiths indicates combination, abrogation, or weighting.

As a result, they differed on this issue on three sayings: the opinion that is a Sunnah, the second saying that it is permissible, and the third saying that it is makrooh (that is; disliked); and it is Karahah Tanzihiyyah, and said Karahah Tahrimiyyah.

The researcher believed that it is permissible without dislike, and that it is better outside the mosque.

Because it is the tradition taken from the prophet, peace be upon him.

Thus, the disagreement between the statement of permissibility and Karahah Tanzihiyyah is negated.

As for the statement of prohibition, or whether it is desirable; it is Weak.
