Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أثر الوعي الاستراتيجي في الأداء الوظيفي لدى شركة البوتاس العربية بوجود التمكين كمتغير وسيط.
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و استخدمت عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة و اختبار فرضياتها مثل الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (20.SPSS, Ver) وبرنامج(25.Amos Ver) شمل مجتمع الدراسة و المكون من (220) مفردة جميع العاملين و المشرفين في الإدارات العليا و الوسطى في شركة البوتاس العربية بطريقة المسح الشامل، و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للوعي الاستراتيجي في الأداء الوظيفي لدى شركة البوتاس العربية بوجود التمكين كمتغير وسيط.
كما قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات أهمها متابعة الاهتمام بالوعي الاستراتيجي بأبعاده المختلفة و تنميتها و تعزيزها لدى شركة البوتاس العربية، عن طريق الاهتمام بتحليل البيئة الخارجية للشركة و الوعي بالعوامل البيئية المتغيرة لاستكشاف الفرص و استغلالها لصالح الشركة، و كذلك أهمية الوعي بنقاط القوة و نقاط الضعف لدى الشركة و استغلال الموارد المادية و غير المادية لتحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية.
English Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the impact of strategic awareness on the job performance in Arab Potash Company, in the presence of empowerment as an intermediate variable.
The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and used a number of statistical methods to answer study questions and test its hypotheses such as the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS, Ver.20) and the program of (Amos Ver.25).
The study community, consisting of (220) individuals, included all workers and supervisors in the upper and middle departments of the Arab Potash Company using the comprehensive survey method.
The study concluded a set of results, most notably that there is a statistically significant effect for the strategic awareness in Arab Potash Company with the existence of empowerment as an intermediate variable.
The study also presented a number of recommendations, most notably the necessity of pursuing interest in strategic awareness with its various dimensions, developing and strengthening them in the Arab Potash Company, by paying attention to analyzing the company's external environment and being aware of changing environmental factors to explore opportunities and exploit them for the benefit of the company.
The study also recommended the need to be aware of the company's strengths and weaknesses and the need to use material and non-material resources to achieve its strategic goals.
