English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the prevalent organizational climate and its relationship with promoting the career performance among those working in the Jordanian sport channel according to the variables of ) gender, age, educational qualification, marital status, monthly salary, job status, years of experience).

The researcher used the descriptive approach.

The study sample consisted of 50 male and female employees who were chosen intentionally.

The means, standard deviations, and one way analysis of variance were used as the statistical methods.

The study results showed that the level of organizational climate among the employees in Jordan sports channel was high.

The dimension of decision-making way in the first place, while the dimension of training was in the last rank.

The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences for the level of organizational climate among those working in the Jordanian sport channel due to the study variables.

The results also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences for the level of professional performance among those working in the Jordanian sport channel due to the variable of the study.

The results showed that there is a positive correlation relationship between organizational climate and professional performance among those working in the Jordanian sport channel.

In the light of the results, the researcher recommends the necessity of providing practical training opportunities for those working in the Jordanian sport channel by participating in internet and external training courses in order to develop their professional level.
