Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مستوى مرونة الأنا وعلاقته بالتوافق المهني لدى أخصائي التربية الخاصة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، اذ تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (120) معلما و معلمة من الأخصائيين العاملين بمراكز التربية الخاصة محافظة العاصمة، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير : مقياس مرونة الأنا المكون من (35) فقرة، و مقياس التوافق المهني المكون من (54) فقرة من اعداد (فحجان، 2010)، و تم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، حيث توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج أهمها : إن مستوى مرونة الأنا لدى أخصائي التربية الخاصة قد جاء ضمن المستوى المتوسط من التقدير حيث حصلت بعض الفقرات على درجة مرتفعة من التقدير، و بعضها على درجة متوسطه من التقدير، وبعضها قد حصل على درجة متدنية، كما أشارت النتائج الى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a≤0.05) لمرونة الأنا في التوافق المهني و يدل على أن الزيادة في مرونة الأنا يرافقها زيادة في التوافق المهني، كما انه يوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (a≤0.05) في مجال ) الابداع، وتكوين العلاقات تبعا لمتغير الجنس بينما لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لنفس المجالات، وكذلك تشير الى فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة والدخل الشهري، و كما أشارت النتائج انه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a≤0.05) في متوسطات درجات التوافق المهني تبعا لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، بينما يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a≤0.05) في متوسط درجات التوافق المهني تبعا لمتغير الدخل الشهري وسنوات الخبرة، توصي الباحثة بالعمل على تبصير معلمي التربية الخاصة بكيفية التعامل مع المواقف وكيفية التعلم من أخطاء الماضي والاستفادة منها، عمل دورات و جلسات ارشادية تبين كيفية القدرة على التحكم بالغضب خلق علاقة تواصل جيدة بين معلمي التربية الخاصة وزملائهم، الاهتمام بالرواتب وتخصيص علاوات مهنية تتناسب مع الجهد المبذول.

English Abstract

This study aimed at determining the level of ego flexibility and its relation to the professional compatibility of special education specialists in the light of some variables, and it has been applied on a sample consisted of (120) teachers of specialists working at the special education centers in the Capital Governate.

To achieve the goals of the study these tools have been used : The measure of flexibility of the ego consisting of (35) item, and the measure of professional compatibility consisting of (54) paragraph prepared by (Fahajan, 2010), whereas their honesty and persistence have been verified.

The study has concluded that: The level of ego flexibility of the special education specialist came within the average level where some paragraphs scored high degrees, and other some achieved average degrees and the others achieved low degrees.

The results also showed a statistically significant impact of ego flexibility in professional adjustment at the level (α≤0.05), which indicates that the increase of ego flexibility is accompanied by an increase in the professional compatibility.

There are also some statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) in the areas of (Creativity, and Building Relations) according to the gender variable, while there are no statistically significant differences according to the variable of scientific qualification in the same areas.

It also indicates statistically significant differences according to years of experience and monthly income variables.

The results showed no statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) in the average scores of professional adjustment according to gender average and scientific qualification variables, while there are statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) in the average scores of professional compatibility according to monthly income and years of experience variables, The researcher recommends Work to enlighten the teachers of education on how to deal with situations and how to learn from the mistakes of the past and benefit from them, Conducting sessions and guidance sessions on how to control anger, Creating a good communication relationship between special education teachers and their colleagues, Pay attention to salaries and allocate professional allowances commensurate with the effort
