Abstract EN

After the Fatimid domination of Egypt, they moved towards the Levant, for their close connection in various fields, and as the Fatimid state, based on doctrinal basis, in which the call for its faith is inevitable, especially as the Levant represents the starting point from which the Ismaili da'wa was born.

They had conflicted with the state of Hamdania as the most powerful forces in the Levant and this conflict had a great impact on the region and has important implications for all parties, which led to the intervention of the Byzantine side of the Hamdani in some stages, and the Fatimids benefited from the struggle of wings of government in the Hamdani state, especially the struggle of the princes with the leaders of their soldiers, which led to the weakness of the state and fall to the hands of the Fatimids.
