The study focused on the role of organizational innovation in its indicators (originality, flexibility, risk tolerance) in achieving entrepreneurship with its indicators (initiative, creativity, capturing opportunities).

The research community consisted of individuals working in the company Omnia for communications branch (Karbala, Babylon) and the number of (462) workers and workers, and the sample of the research was chosen by random stratified method, (118) single, and the research was based on descriptive analytical method, The field data were collected through a questionnaire that was built and developed to measure the objectives of the research and hypothesis testing.

It consisted of two parts that represent the first part of the organizational creativity with its indicators, the second part contains the indicators of entrepreneurship and SPSS was used to analyze the metadata To describe the search data, as well as the seed B Statistical inferential to measure the goals of research and testing hypotheses.

The researcher has reached a number of results, the most important of which are: There is a significant impact of organizational creativity (originality, flexibility, risk tolerance) on entrepreneurship (initiative, creativity, capturing opportunities).

The urgent need for leadership in the company Omnia for communications branch (Karbala, Babylon) because of their direct impact on the company.

The researcher also sought to present a number of proposals, the most important of which were: Attracting the creators of work, especially those working in the field of communications and feeding the various departments with these creators.

In addition to not hesitate to apply new ideas and take the risk of work for fear of failures and because this is very important in creativity and access to leadership in business
