This research deals with the principle of peaceful coexistence as one of the supra-constitutional principles that must be applied in the Iraqi political and social reality.

The bodies or authorities charged with establishing this principle and transforming it into a tangible practical reality, according to established mechanisms and procedures, and in order to review the constitutional and legal regulation of peaceful coexistence and its role in achieving political stability and building constitutional institutions in Iraq, so our research came to address that, and constitute a road map to transform it into A tangible reality
