English Abstract

The current study aimed to investigate the Mediating role of Dynamic Capabilities in the relationship between Competitive Intelligence Processes and Strategic Supremacy in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies.

The study population consisted of Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies, while, the The study sample included of Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies listed in the Jordanian Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers in ( 2017 ) totaling ( 6 ) Companies.

The Analysis unit consisted of employees in the higher and middle administrations ( managers, deputies, assistants and heads of departments ) in Companies study sample in the comprehensive survey method totalling ( 256 ).

The study used descriptive analytical method in order to achieve the objectives of the study, both theoretically and practically.

The study reached a number of results namely : there is a significant effect of Competitive Intelligence Processes in achieving Strategic Supremacy ( The Sphere of Influence, Competitive Compression and Competitive Configurations ) in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies.

there is a significant effect of Competitive Intelligence Processes on Dynamic Capabilities ( Sensing Capability, Learning Capability, Integrating Capability and Coordinating Capability ) in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies.

there is a significant effect of Dynamic Capabilities ( Sensing Capability, Integrating Capability and Coordinating Capability ) in achieving Strategic Supremacy ( Competitive Compression and Competitive Configurations ) in Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies.

there is a significant effect of Dynamic Capabilities ( Sensing Capability, Learning Capability, Integrating Capability and Coordinating Capability ) in the Sphere of Influence to Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies.

There is a mediating role of Dynamic Capabilities in enhancing the relationship between Competitive Intelligence Processes and Strategic Supremacy.

The study recommends that the need to invest in competitive intelligence Processes by Jordanian Human Pharmaceutical Industrial Companies to benefit from its implications for achieving strategic Supremacy and developing dynamic capabilities.
