English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of school principals in developing the capacity of teachers to use e-learning in middle schools in Kuwait from the point of view of teachers and to identify differences in the abilities of teachers to use e-learning in middle schools in Kuwait due to gender variables and years of experience and scientific qualification, the sample of the study consisted of ( 550 ) teachers and teachers who were selected in the cluster random sampling method.

The questionnaire was used for collecting data after the psychometric properties were confirmed ( Validity and Reliability ).

The average of school principals in the development of the capacity of teachers to use e-learning on the study tool from the point of view of teachers came at a high level, and the results indicated that there were statistical significance differences at or less than the level of ( a = 05.0 ) in the role of school principals in developing the capacity of teachers to use e-learning due to the gender variable in favor of females.

The results also showed that there were no statistical significant differences ( a = 05.0 ) of use of e-learning from the point of view of teachers attributed to the specialization and years of experience and the overall degree on the instrument of study.

In the light of the result.

The researcher recommended that most notably it is necessary to enrich the programs Colleges of education and the preparation of teachers in universities in courses related to e-learning, and the use of the Internet and computer in the scientific education, and it is necessary to focus on things that are related to motivating the motivation of teachers towards the use of e-learning, As well as the provision of teachers with educational and continuous publications on e-learning and its positive effects on the learner and teacher.

The study also recommended the need to focus on the training courses held by the educational departments and professional development programs within the schools in the field of E-learning and teacher training.
