English Abstract

This study aimed at demonstrating the impact of difference in the adaptation of Jurisprudence on the variation in compensation contracts as well as illustrating the concept of adaptation of Jurisprudence as a contemporary concept, in addition to showing its importance and the stages of adapting Jurisprudence and the methods that the diligent uses in the process of adapting Jurisprudence in reaching the diligence judgment.

The study also addressed the domains of adapting Jurisprudence as well as the weaknesses that lead to its falsity.

The study results revealed that the process of adapting Jurisprudence should pass through several stages in order to reach the diligent legal judgment, which is only applied via certain methods used by the diligent to perform this process.

The results also showed that there are shortcomings that breaches the process of adapting Jurisprudence and those shortcomings should be avoided by the diligent.

The results also revealed that the difference in the adaptation of Jurisprudence has a prominent role in the difference of judgments in general and in the difference related to compensation contracts judgments in particular.
