English Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the impact of dynamic capabilities on the achievement of the strategic ambidexterity on the large Jordanian Industrial Companies winner the King Abdullah the II Award for Excellence in the existence of strategic flexibility as an intermediate variable.
The study used the analytical descriptive method، numbers of statistical methods were used to answer the study questions and test hypotheses such as: Statistical Package for Social Sciences ( SPSS Ver.20 ) and ( Amos ).
The study consisted of ( 121 ) individuals from all employees and supervisors in the higher and middle administrations of four companies by Comprehensive Survey.
The study found a statistically significant impact of dynamic capabilities on the strategic ambidexterity on the Jordanian Industrial Companies winner the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in the existence of strategic flexibility as an intermediate variable.
The study presented a number of recommendations: most important of which are the follow-up of attention to dynamic capabilities of different dimensions and their development and enhancement in companies that seek excellence for their significant impact and effective in achieving strategic ambidexterity and strategic flexibility and increasing interest in strategic flexibility in their dimensions by companies seeking excellence for their important role in achieving strategic excellence and achieving Corporate goals and ensure their success.
