Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على معايير وضوابط برنامج صعوبات التعلم المطبقة في مدارس وزارة التربية والتعليم في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية / محافظة الطفيلة، والتعرف على جوانب القوة والضعف في البرامج من خلال فعالية أدوار كل من معلمي ومعلمات صعوبات التعلم والمديرين والمديرات بالإضافة إلى أولياء الأمور في برنامج صعوبات التعلم المطبق في مدارس في محافظة الطفيلة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) مدير ومديرة في المدارس المطبق فيها برنامج صعوبات التعلم، و (44) معلم ومعلمة صعوبات تعلم و (180) ولي أمر من أولياء أمور طلبة صعوبات التعلم، وأظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج من أهمها : أن مستوى فاعلية برنامج صعوبات التعلم بالنسبة للمعلمين جاء بدرجة متوسطة، بينما مستوى فاعلية برنامج صعوبات التعلم بالنسبة للمدراء وأولياء أمور جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لبرنامج صعوبات التعلم بالنسبة للمعلمين والمدراء وأولياء أمور تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وقدمت الدراسة العديد من التوصيات منها : ضرورة التواصل بين مشرفي صعوبات التعلم في الوزارة و زملائهم في الإدارة ومراكز الإشراف والعمل على تطوير آليات ونماذج لتقويم طلبة صعوبات التعلم وفق معايير تنسجم مع متطلبات المهنة والكفايات اللازمة لعملية التدريس.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the standards and regulations of the learning disabilities programs applied in schools of the Ministry of Education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, particularly, in Tafilah governorate.

It also aimed to identify the strong and weak points of these programs through focusing on the functions and efficiency of teachers and head teachers, and parents' roles.

The study sample consisted of (40) head teachers of the schools that applies the program, (44) teachers specialized in learning disabilities, and (180) parents of students who face or have learning disabilities.

The study showed many results, the most important ones were as follows : the level of the effectiveness of the learning disabilities program for teachers was medium, while the level of the effectiveness of the learning disabilities program for head teachers and parents was high , and it also showed that there is no significant differences concerning the disabilities of learning for teachers, head teachers, and parents attributed to the variable of gender.

The study presented of many recommendations, of them: the need for communication between the inspectors of learning disabilities and their coworkers in the administration, as well as, the supervision facilities.

The need for developing suitable techniques and models of evaluation for learning disabilities students in accordance with standards and requirements of professions, as well as, the competencies required for the learning process.
