In this study, the researcher discussed and investigated a treatise entitled: ‘Uqoud Ad-Dorr wal-Jawhar fi nabdhah min Surat Al-Kawthar by the scholar and investigator Sheikh Abu Ishaq, Burhanuddin, Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Abi Bakr bin Ali bin Ayoub Al-Maqdisi Al Masri Al-Shafi’i, known as Ibn Abi Al Sharif (836-932).
The researcher talked about Surat Al-Kawthar, the shortest chapter of the Noble Qur’an.
He shed light on its miraculous nature, brevity, wonderful meanings, perfect rhetoric, powerful eloquence, highly-expressive words, harmonious verses, and inclusive purposes.
The author of this book was distinguished for his profound understanding, accurate examination of the meaning, and distinguished methodology in highlighting the ruling and secrets of this blessed Surat and outdoing the task of lexical and semantic interpretation.
