تقييم المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار (ENTP)‎ وفق مقاربة التدفقات : طريقة تدفقات الخزينة المستحدثة (DCF)‎

Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight that the financial evaluation according to the approach of flows in various ways derived from them is better and more effective for (ENTP) than other evaluation approaches, especially the financial disclosure approach, which is largely approved by the evaluation experts in Algeria.

We applied the discounted cash flow method) DCF) in ENTP during (2016-2025) based on its financial statements represented in the (financial budget, income statement, treasury flows table, estimated income statement, estimated treasury flows table).

We concluded that adopting this method is somewhat difficult due to the requirements of its application, especially when it comes to the discount rate or the creation of the expected flows in the ence of a real financial market.
