Within the framework of the policy of encouraging exports outside hydrocarbons, Algeria seeks to review its commercial position at the global level as a strategic option, and the diplomacy paper is the most appropriate solution for the entry of Algerian goods to foreign markets, which requires the Algerian diplomat to adapt to international economic changes.

this research aims to show the impact of diplomatic representation on Algeria's exports outside hydrocarbons with some selected countries, which are mainly represented in (France, Spain, the United States of America, Canada, Turkey, Brazil, Tunisia, Morocco and Libya) through the gravity model for the period 2009 / 2018, where the result was that the impact of the diplomatic representation of Algeria in the sample countries was positive on exports outside hydrocarbons, while foreign diplomatic representation did not affect exports outside of hydrocarbons.
