This article aims to highlight the importance of Islamic mysticism in terms of naming, concept, origin and direction and the role of the good jurist «Abu Madyan Shuayb» in spreading it and enhancing his position in the Maghreb environment, in terms of knowledge, action and behavior, by asking the following two question : what is Islamic mysticism first ? and what is his status with the good saint «Abu Madyan Shuayb», secondly ?.
