that's what made Ali Qasmi suggest a proposition making Arabic language ready for computing to book a position in the communication and information technologies era, which called ''computer development of Arabic language in the communication and information technologies era''.

however, we aim to define border and outlook of the Qasemy vision to develop Arabic language.

so, how did al-Qasemy think for this technology period ? what are the ways and opportunities for Arabic for computer integration ? can it resist modern technology ? whate are sciences should be obtained ?
