Abstract EN

This study aimed to shed light on what e-learning offers at the university, highlight the most important advantages of this education, as well as identify the obstacles and difficulties facing E-learning in Algeria.

the results of the study showed that the reality of e-learning is unsatisfactory, the lack of technical skills and weak infrastructure, the weak dissemination of E-learning culture and reliance on traditional education among many students affected their technological stock, the lack of training of teaching staff on e-learning and the lack of interest in developing electronic content among specialists.
