Abstract EN

This study aimed to find out the extent to which knowledge management contributes through its dimensions (knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution, application of knowledge) to achieving organizational creativity among the professors of the Institute of Technology at the Université Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, and the researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach, using the questionnaire tool to collect information, A comprehensive inventory method was used, as the studied sample reached 41 professors from the total of 48 professors of the Institute of Technology, the study found that there was a significant effect of the two dimensions of knowledge management.

Storage and application of knowledge on organizational innovation at the Institute of Technology, and the presence of a high level of organizational creativity among professors of the Institute of Technology at the Université Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, and the existence of a moral impact of knowledge management on the organizational creativity of the professors of the Institute of Technology at the Université Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, and the study recommended a number of proposals, including the necessity of paying attention to the dimensions of generating and distributing knowledge.
