Abstract EN

In the context of combating crimes of discrimination and hate speech, the Algerian legislator adopted new solutions by issuing a new law (05-20), which included legal solutions, preventive and curative at the same time, and from this standpoint, the importance and objectives of this study, through which we try, to define the crimes of discrimination and hate speech, in terms of concept and preventive and curative mechanisms in the light of the aforementioned law.
