Abstract EN

The current research aimed to identify the Facto¬rial structure of the scale of university students’ attitudes toward volunteer work using confirmatory factor analysis, and to identi¬fy the university students ’attitudes towards volunteerism, and its obstacles from the viewpoint of students, and the extent to which these attitudes differ according to gender and specialization.

To achieve the aims, the descriptive analytical method was used, and a questionnaire was designed consisting of (29) phrases.

It was ap-¬plied to a Stratified random sample of (394) individual from Tabuk University Students.

From a society that consists of all Students of Tabuk University, for the academic year 2020- 1441 AH and they are (7788).

And were used confirmatory factor analysis through the AMOS program, one sample T-test, and two-way a nova through SPSS program.

The research reached results which are: (Squared Multiple Correlations & Standardized Regression Weights) achieved good estimates that emphasized Construct validity to the scale.

As it indicates that Students attitudes towards volunteer work are Positive, represented by a high average score of (4.26).

and There were no Statistically significant differences between the av¬erages of Students’ attitudes towards volunteer work due to gender and specialization.

In light of the results, recommendations were presented, the most prominent of which are: Establishing a special¬ized Entity to develop and implement volunteer work programs in universities.
