Abstract EN

Information technology is the means of linking computer networks together via the internet, which works on the possibility of scientific application of advanced and modern scientific methods, given that these scientific methods relate to new developments in operations or production.

the study aimed to identify the impact of information technology on education in Iraq and spending on education in Iraq and on the relationship between them and spending on education in Iraq.

the research problem was that the cost of education is one of the main obstacles that stand between education and the children of low-income families.

however, the cost of education is not given enough attention that is commensurate with the magnitude of the challenges that this cost poses on several levels.

many ministries still do not see public and private spending as an integrated whole.

the lack of standardization of household surveys also means that estimates of total household expenditures can vary greatly, increasing and decreasing.

a standard has been developed by unesco, oecd and Eurostat, but it has not yet sufficiently influenced the design of surveys.

as the analytical method was adopted in the practical aspect of the research for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the research and solving its problem through the proposed hypotheses, and a set of conclusions and recommendations were reached, the most important of which are: working on the use of educational technology techniques, taking into account the harmony between the outputs of the learning process and the environment of the labor market, as well as for further studies on the effectiveness of qualitative expansion in the economics of education in Iraq.
