The non-banking commercial papers are of many types, and among its types is the invoice transfer contract, through which the debt is transferred from one creditor to another creditor who takes his place in the debtor's claim.

This contract is resorted to by banking institutions and commercial companies when they need financial liquidity to secure withdrawal requests.

As it needs sufficient funds to pay these requests, therefore it resorts to financing institutions, working to give it the debt represented by the bills in exchange for a specific fee, and to replace it in the debtor's demand for the debt.
