Abstract EN

The present research deals with the most important provisions of the Sixth Amendment Law No.

(13) of 2019, as it reviewed the previous provisions contained in the amended texts in the Implementation Law, On the one hand, it concentrates on the debtor to strengthen the general guarantee of the creditor, whether in terms of his obligation to provide a guarantor, or in terms of his obligation to pay all systemic items for their value or set them as a single deal, or to arrest him if he went into hiding, On the other hand, it provides the debtor with legal protection from taking actions in entia in selling the property, except according to judicial decision.

The amendment was also distinguished by granting executive immunity towards state funds if it is indebted, and it is prevented from enforcing it except after the judgment acquires the degree of determinations after the last appeal permitted by the Civil Procedure Law.

In fact, this amendment is nothing but a rationing of what has been reported from the constant jurisprudence.
