In order to increase the range of comparative legal studies in Iraq, the translation of the Iranian Civil Code into Arabic has begun, and we provide a sample of this translation in the contract of waqf from Article 55 to Article 91 because it is not addressed by Iraqi civil law and The Iraqi legislator did not address it in an integrated manner in one place.

Also to receive observations, opinions and proposals from specialists in civil law and in Islamic jurisprudence to develop this long translation, especially as it is currently being prepared.
