Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the attractiveness of organizational identity and its relationship to the organizational culture of the faculty members of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Diyala, through measures to identify the attractiveness of organizational identity and organizational culture.

And the research sample was from all the teachers of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences of the University of Diyala, who numbered (105), and the research sample was chosen by the intentional method.

The researcher recommended working on building a strong organizational culture that supports creativity, teamwork and overall quality in order to achieve the goals that universities seek to reach.
